In the hectic schedule of our everyday life or after an intense training session it is important to schedule some time for relaxation.

With the help of my own developed technology, a combination of different types of massage styles, through peace and tranquility and to help you with muscle regeneration, strengthen the connective tissues and to help your body to carry away toxions.

I reccomend it at the conclusion of a personal training session or it can be booked separately.
